Full case studies, including what we chose not to build, are available in conversation. Figures here are the same ones on my resume; client and employer specifics stay private.
A product point of view
Ten beliefs shape how I run product. Four of them come up in every serious conversation.
Paradigm 1
Speed is table stakes now. The question is whether we’re fast at the right things.
Paradigm 3
Show me what you decided not to do, and I’ll tell you whether you have a strategy.
Paradigm 6
A demo proves the idea can work. Production proves customers can trust it.
Paradigm 9
I lead through others, but I never stopped building. Ask me what I made last month.
All ten, with the belief and the proof
I-D3-M operating model
The gate decides whether we build. The trio keeps refining how. Product (P), design (D) and engineering (E) iterate from Definition through Development. Requirements and UX stay open until it ships.
Initiative briefs, opportunity statements, prototypes and technical guardrails replace long requirement documents.
Every bet is scored on Impact, Effort and Confidence and tied to an outcome pillar on the roadmap.
A quarterly strategy review restates the bets, checks results and keeps a killed list so what we dropped stays dropped.

Daily tool
A morning brief and live dashboard that reads my calendar, inbox and notes, then tells me the one thing that matters today. Built for fast decisions and quick actions.
Live on this page
An AI assistant that answers questions about my experience using only my resume, this site and my Product Paradigms. I wrote its knowledge base and rules, and built the backend with retries, a fallback model and a spend alert.

Interactive things are pills. Containers are soft. Never the other way round.
Depth comes from surface color. Shadows only for things that float.
One pine signal per view region. If two things are pine, one is wrong.
